Ushering in the New Year as an exemplary employee is Marcos Cerda! Here he is getting a “paw” from Melville on the mail run. Marcos was nominated in January for dealing with a room rental issue on a Saturday, going above and beyond! Marcos is consistently a team-player and someone who gets the job done by seeking a solution to an issue, whether it is for a patron or a fellow staff member. Marcos told Melville that his favorite book is “Gloryland” by Shelton Johnson, and his favorite quote is “One must labor for beauty as for bread” by John Muir. Congratulations to Marcos and thank you!
